In the summer of 2023, I saw a boy with a torn succor uniform lying on the edge of a sidewalk with tears in Jakarta. I wanted to help him. So I went for shopping to give him food. When I returned to where I saw him, he was not there. This encounter drove me to start helping children in Indonesia.

Director, Community Engagement & Social Impact
|
As someone who grew up both witnessing and experiencing the struggles of underprivileged children in Indonesia, I carry a deep sense of responsibility to improve access to education, healthcare, and protection. Grounded in social work and reinforced by evidence-based practice across Indonesia and the United States, especially in New York City, my professional journey has shown that meaningful change depends on both rigorous data and deep community trust. This belief is the foundation of Hope4Future’s mission: ensuring that children in remote communities are seen, supported, and given a fair chance to thrive.

Director, Program and Strategy
|
As a physician and public health professional, I work at the intersection of community needs, health systems, and program design. My experience supporting service delivery and program implementation in Indonesia showed me how easily children fall through the cracks when systems are fragmented or under-resourced. This shapes my approach: applying evidence, local insight, and structured planning to build sustainable, locally led models and to guide Hope4Future’s program strategy, priorities, and scalable frameworks with a focus on equity and measurable outcomes.
